Should I microwave these bars before eating them?
Only if you want a warm fudgy dessert. Once you microwave these for 10-15 seconds, they turn into a warm dessert that tastes too good to be true. You can consume these bars without microwaving them as well.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs is total carbohydrates minus the amount of non-digestible carbs in a product. Meaning, the total amount of carbs that get digested. Fiber doesn’t count as net carb since it doesn’t get digested.
In our case, net carbs = total carbohydrates - fiber.
How are these bars sweetened?
These bars are sweetened using Monk Fruit & Stevia. Both are naturally occurring low calorie sweeteners that provide all the sweetness that you need without all the extra calories that you don’t.
