INGREDIENTS 

 

1.5 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla Flavor)

1 Fuelled Espresso Brownie Bar

200 ml Water

100 ml Milk / Almond Milk

Some Ice

30 ml Espresso (1 shot)

Low Calorie Sweetener (As per taste)

A pinch of cinnamon

 

 

Whipped Topping

 

150 ml Heavy Whipping Cream

Low Calorie Sweetener (As per taste)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

In a blender, combine the protein powder, Fuelled bar broken into pieces, milk, ice, sweetener, and cinnamon.

Blend until thick and smooth. 

Pour into two glasses.

In a small mixing bowl, add heavy cream & sweetener. Mix them using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Top on both the shakes & serve.
