Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies

Who says oatmeal has to be had the boring old way? Indulge in these high protein oatmeal raisin cookies and see for yourself how oatmeal & raisin are a match made in heaven.

150g Rolled Oats

100g Whole Wheat Flour

1.5 Scoops Whey Protein (Unflavoured)

1.5 Tsp Baking Powder

1.5 Tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of Salt

20g Honey

20g Raisins

1 Large Egg

1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2.5 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Zero Calorie Sweetener (As Per Taste)






Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

Mix until well combined and a dough forms.

Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 20 cookies).

Bake for around 10-12 minutes.

Once the cookies are done baking, let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself.

Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.
