INGREDIENTS 

 

200 ml Almond Milk / Skim Milk

1 Apple

1/2 Banana

1 Scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla)

1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder

1-2 Walnuts

Oats Flour (Optional)

Ice (Optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

In a blender, add milk, protein powder, cinnamon & blend.

Add apple chunks to the mixture & blend again.

Add the banana pieces to the mixture & blend again.

Pour into glass. Top with Cinnamon Powder & Walnut garnish.
